Our ski trip to Utah included two days at Deer Valley, one at Park City and one at The Canyons. Lunch and dinner included stops at the Acme Burger Company in Salt Lake City, The Mariposa (our favorite) at the Silver Lake lodge in Deer Valley, the fabulous lunch buffet also at the Silver Lake lodge, along with dinners at Grappa, Purple Sage (our second favorite) and Bistro 412 in Park City. For dinners we finished up with Fireside Dining at Empire Canyon Lodge in Deer Valley which consisted of a buffet of specialties of Swiss Raclette, Stews, leg of Lamb and Chocolate Fondue all cooked and served from huge stone fireplaces. For our final meal we enjoyed lunch at the Red Iguana back in Salt Lake City.
