| On day 7 we head back to Montalcino and visit the Casanova di Neri winery (#1 wine of the year in 2006) for a tasting of 5 top wines! Then we head further south and find the tiny castle town of Sant' Angelo In Colle where we have a great lunch at what appeared to be the only open business in the tiny town. After lunch we vist Banfi and discover the Argianno winery on our way to Poggio Antico where we have a tour, tasting and a fantastic dinner in their Michelin rated restaurant. |
