| On the first day after landing in Rome we head to Villa Il Borro which we have all to ourselves! The Ferragamo owned villa is the site of their Tuscan winery and overlooks the town of Borro which is also part of the extensive property. We start with a lunch including the famous Betti Squash Blossoms. After exploring the grounds and relaxing for the afternoon we enjoy the 1st of many fine dinners and spend the evening playing Snooker in the pool/bar room. |
