| On day three we head to Florence for a guided tour of the Uffizi Museum followed by a private tour of the secret passage used by the Medici family to get across the river to work. This passage crosses over the top of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. After a great lunch in Florence we explore the city for a few hours on our own before heading back to the estate for another big meal and lots of wine including the highly anticipated Guado al Tasso estate wine. Tonight Marcos Mom and Aunt have cooked two Lasagna's from scratch for us. One is Pesto and the other is a Meat Lasagna. We all go back for seconds! |
