| On day two we head to Pisa in the morning to visit the tower of Pisa and watch the Italian Independence day celebration, complete with sky divers a band and of course many Italian Ferraris. In the afternoon we head to the Tombolo Spa and their heated pools drawing the water from the Mediterranean. After the Spa we head up to the small hill town Castagneto Carducci. We then head back to the estate where after appetizers and more wine Marco gives a lesson in making the seafood Risotto we have for dinner. |
