
The presentation! Nancy's rub is in the back the Steak Dust is in the Middle and the Hog Rub is in the front. The BBQ sauce on the right is home made by Nancy and is incredible, but we need to find something else to put it on because not much is used with these ribs! The other dish is a Macaroni and Cheese with Prosciutto and Truffles baked with breadcrumbs on top and drizzled with Truffle Oil before serving. The best Macaroni and Cheese ever! This night our guests proclaimed these to be the best ribs they had ever eaten, of course by then we had gone through about 4 bottles of wine! As for the rubs, everyone had a favorite but not by much. We have tried several rubs from Napa Style, Dean and Deluca and others like Butt Rub and so far none come close to these 3 rubs in flavor.
