

This is a simple roasting pan
that I now use for the liquid. It is a perfect size that holds enough liquid at
3/4 full to last more than 4 hours. The size fits perfectly on the side rails
but still allows complete ventilation from below. The handles and no stick
interior allow for easy cleanup. The trade off is that I lost the bottom rack
slot of 4. Of course it came with only 3 racks which will easily hold 12 racks
of ribs if needed so the gains far out weighed the loss.
