This was the water tray. Much like the smoker trays the water evaporated much to quickly. I decided to turn this into the smoker tray instead of the liquid. This tray slides out on rollers making is very easy to replenish with wood chips if necessary. It sits about 3 inches from the flames and starts smoking quickly.
